FAQ

How long will my detail take?
Most vehicles are completed the same day, depending on the service and the condition of the vehicle. Standard drop-off time is 9:00 AM, with pick-up at 5:30 PM.
As a solo operator, I ask to keep vehicles for the full day to ensure each one receives the attention it deserves. This also allows time to handle phone calls, assist walk-in clients, and manage any unexpected complications or necessary drying time.
-
do any services take longer than 1 day?
Yes—some services require more time to complete properly. Vehicles with heavily soiled or stained interiors, multi-stage paint corrections, or ceramic coating applications often take up to two full days. Our Signature Series packagemay also require additional time, especially on larger vehicles, due to the depth and detail involved.
This extra time allows us to perform each step thoroughly—from deep cleaning and polishing to proper curing and drying—without cutting corners. If your service falls into this category, we’ll let you know ahead of time and keep you updated throughout the process.
-
will my vehicle look new when you're done?
Results vary based on several factors—such as how long it’s been since your last detail, the depth of scratches, the type and age of stains, and the package you select. While we always aim for the best possible outcome and often achieve impressive results, it’s important to understand that a vehicle that’s been neglected for years may not come out as well as one that has been regularly maintained.
Once your vehicle is at the shop, your detailer will inspect it and go over realistic expectations with you before the service begins.
-
how do I know which package to choose?
For vehicles that are already in good shape and regularly detailed, we recommend the Revive or lower packages for a simple refresh. The Complete Reset package is ideal when your vehicle needs to be brought back to its original condition—please note, this package does not include buffing.
If you're unsure which option is best, feel free to contact us or stop by so we can take a look at your vehicle together. When your vehicle is dropped off and pulled in for service, we’ll also reach out with any recommendations if we feel a different level of service would better suit your needs.

what's the difference between buffing levels?
We offer several levels of machine polishing, each designed to meet different needs:
Gloss Enhancement Polish – This is a light, single-stage polish designed to boost shine and clarity by removing light haze and about 30% of visible imperfections. Ideal for well-maintained vehicles or as an annual refresh.
Level 1 – A more aggressive polish that removes moderate swirl marks, light scratches, and oxidation. This level typically eliminates 60–80% of defects and is great for vehicles needing a noticeable improvement without going all-in.
Level 2 – This is a multi-stage process involving compounding followed by a refining polish. It’s designed to correct deeper defects like heavy swirl marks, deeper scratches, and severe oxidation—restoring your paint to near-showroom condition with up to 90–98% defect removal.
Each level is tailored to your vehicle’s condition and goals. Not sure which one is right for you? Stop by and we’ll evaluate your paint and recommend the best fit.
-
can you just do a quick buff?
The term “quick buff” can mean very different things depending on who you ask. That’s why we offer multiple levels of polishing tailored to the condition of your vehicle’s paint. Proper buffing—also known as machine polishing—is a highly skilled process that takes years to master and, when done incorrectly, can actually damage your paint.
We take pride in doing it the right way, using the proper tools, pads, and techniques for each vehicle. If you're unsure which level your vehicle needs, you're welcome to stop by—we’ll inspect the condition of the paint and walk you through the best options for your goals and budget.
-
do you offer a quick services?
We do not offer any “quick” services, as the definition of “quick” can vary greatly from person to person. Simply put, we either clean it the right way—or not at all. This approach eliminates confusion, ensures consistency, and guarantees that you receive a level of quality we’re proud to stand behind every time.

Is a ceramic coating right for me?
Description goes hereA ceramic coating is ideal for someone who regularly washes and maintains their vehicle and wants to make that process easier and more efficient. It provides a long-lasting layer of protection and eliminates the need for traditional waxes.
However, it’s important to understand that ceramic coatings are not a magic shield. Your vehicle will still need to be washed regularly to get the full benefits. Despite what you may have seen online, ceramic coatings do not protect against scratches, swirls, stone chips, abrasions, or any type of physical impact. They enhance shine, improve hydrophobic properties, and offer some resistance to environmental contaminants—but they are not bulletproof.
There are many types of ceramic coatings available, each with different levels of durability, gloss, and maintenance requirements. Talk to your detailer to determine which coating is best suited for your vehicle, lifestyle, and expectations.
