Giveaway Terms & Conditions
Eligibility: No purchase necessary. Nominators must be 18+ and reside in the U.S. Nominee must live within 50 miles of Jamestown, NY and be able to deliver the vehicle to Phoenix Detailing NY. Employees/contractors of Phoenix Detailing and their immediate family are not eligible.
Entry Period: Giveaway opens upon publication and closes at 11:59 PM ET on November 22, 2025. Late entries will not be accepted.
How to Enter: Submit a nomination using the form provided, including your name/contact info, your nominee’s name/location, and a short description (1–3 paragraphs) explaining why they should win. One nomination per person. Multiple nominators may nominate the same individual.
Selection & Announcement: Phoenix Detailing will review all eligible nominations and select one winner based on the strength and sincerity of the story and community impact. Winner will be announced on November 24, 2025 on our website and social media channels, and contacted directly.
Prize: One (1) winner will receive a package including: Signature Series Detail, Level 2 Paint Correction, interior fabric & leather coating, and a 2-year ceramic coating on all paint. Approximate retail value: $1,500+. Prize is non-transferable, holds no cash value, and must be redeemed by June 30, 2026. Vehicle condition limits apply; excessively damaged vehicles or those requiring bodywork may be excluded.
Scheduling & Limitations: Prize services are performed by appointment only at Phoenix Detailing NY. Standard shop policies apply (removal of personal items, pre-service inspection, etc.). Phoenix Detailing reserves the right to substitute any unavailable service with one of equal or greater value.
Publicity Release: By participating, you grant Phoenix Detailing NY the right to use your name, nomination text, and submitted photos in marketing across web, social, and print, without additional compensation.
